Thank you for shopping with Burning Resolve. We are committed to your satisfaction and aim to deliver a positive shopping experience.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To report damage:

  • Email support@burningresolve.org or text us with:
    • Clear photos or videos showing the damage
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue

Do not send the item back. You may keep the damaged product.

After we verify the issue, we will issue:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement product at no additional cost

Returns sent to this address without prior authorization will not be accepted or processed.

Exceptions

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Personalized or custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

Customers Outside the United States

Our no-return policy applies globally except where local laws require otherwise.

  • For example, in the European Union, customers may have a 14-day "cooling-off" period.
  • This does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items.
  • If a return is required under your local law, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds and replacements for damaged or defective items follow the same steps outlined above.
